Good Morning, Rim

.
I've been sitting on these caps of Charlie Hunnam in Pacific Rim for a few days now (as opposed to just sitting on Charlie Hunnam, which well, someday!) since I figured I'd wait until today the day that Pacific Rim comes out on DVD and Blu-ray and all that digital jazz. And here we be.

I'm not sure how well the giant robots and monsters will play on a small screen, but Charlie looks just fine. Does he ever! Fine and then some more fine, and then some. He's an IMAX of fine all on his own. So go ahead and hit the jump for a bunch...

Awesome screen caps! Thanks.

Am I the only one that thinks there's a little Steve McQueen-ness in Charlie, especially when his hair is short-cropped (like in Pacific
Rim)??

It really bags me that he can't speak in a proper American accent after all these movies and TV he's done. And he is playing American characters. Not English people who live in America. It is stupid of the casting directors and directors and everyone invloved that they don't do smt about it. Everyone had smt to say about Gyllenhaal's British accent in Prince of Persia but nobody seems to bother about that. And I'm not even American!

@Anon: He's not the only one though, Michael "Greatest Actor in The World" Fassbender can't do ANY accent other than his own.

But at least he's got a moderately sized cock so who cares.

I thought his accent was fine and unremarkable. At the very least it was not distracting. Also, have you seen Sons of Anarchy? Pretty standard American voice there and he's in 99% of all scenes.
