Besides playing Jon Arbuckle in those Bill Murray-voiced, CG'd train-wreck Garfield movies and some voice-over work for King of the Hill and Robot Chicken, we haven't seen/heard much of Breckin Meyer for awhile now.
However, back in "the day" he was terrific in Clueless as the stoner Travis and in Go as the bad-shellfish-eating Tiny ("My mother's mother's mother was black!") and most importantly he was Ryan Phillippe's pal in beefcake-epic 54, a fact which allows me to post this picture (one I've posted before and honestly my entire reason for bothering to wish him a happy birthday today):

I wish he would do more movies. He was in one of my favorites, Dancer, Texas Pop 81.
I think Breckin Meyer resembles alleged comedian and TV talk show host Bill Maher, which is not, in my book, a good thing.
But if you doubt my comparison, just Google up images of Maher and Meyer and put them side-by-side. It may not be exactly a "separated at birth" scenario, but still "close enough for rock & roll."
Sorry about the clichéd phrases here. But they seem apropos.
