We can pretend that I'm telling all y'all that the gigantic Pacific Rim blu-ray set - the one where you get your own miniature Jaeger figure! - is on super-sale at Amazon today so you can appreciate Guillermo Del Toro's vision of Lovecraftian beasts battling big freaking robots, and I really did like the movie, but come on - clearly you need to own this movie in high quality for the Hunnam factor. I just hope the second film knows well enough to have Idris Elba back to have the group shower scene I kept waiting for. Didn't you learn anything from Starship Troopers, Guillermo???
