Yesterday when the trailer for Spike Joze's Her was released (and I have watched it about five times now, and loved it more with each go) I wheezed and whined about wanting the film to show at the New York Film Festival, and today whaddya know here's the word that it will indeed be doing just that. Unfortunately for those of us with small wallets it's the Closing Night film, which tickets to always cost like a bajillion dollars. A literal bajillion! Oh well, I guess I'll just have to get a sex change and romance Joaquin Phoenix so I can be his date. That's the only way!
