We Don't Need To Be Friends We're Family

.
Yes yes yes. ET premiered the first footage from Park Chan-wook's English-language debut Stoker with Nicole Kidman and Mia Wasikowska and Matthew Goode and my goosebumps have goosebumps after watching it. Now you try:
.

.
(via) I'm not the only nerd who reads "Uncle Charlie" as a call-out Alfred Hitchcock's Shadow of a Doubt, right? And that shot of Mia with the shotgun with those sunset-kissed colors looks straight out of Dolores Clairborne. Point being, I am geeking so hard over this. Bonus points if Matthew Goode's belly-rumbling baritone is making you too positively dizzy with lust. Having to wait until March for this is some cruel unusual bullshit.

Did Park direct this commercial, too? ;-P

I'm sure the Shadow of a Doubt thing is intentional.

Holy Crap. Nicole Kidman looks like everything in this. Also in the movie but not featured, Jacki Weaver and Alden Ehrenreich! Get in front of me, Stoker!

The only thing that worries me about this is that March is kind of a throw away movie month.
