Ahh Channing. He sho knows how to get up in the morning. He sho knows how to get us all up in the morning, ahem.

Anyway everybody with brains and eyes (especially eyes) agrees that Steven Soderbergh's Magic Mike was one of the better movies to come out so far this year. (Here's my review.)  So rejoice, the movie comes out onto the myriad home video formats in just five weeks! October 23rd, to be precise. You just know we're gonna be getting the guys full strip routines as DVD extras, right? That better be a right. I need this...

... from start to glorious finish. I suppose this is as good a time as any to link over to that story from earlier this week about how Channing wants to direct the sequel himself, and how it'll be a road trip comedy. Magic Mike 2: Buns on the Run! Please please pleeeeease call it that.
