Dunno how I missed these earlier but BD's got the first gallery of pics from Matthijs van Heijningen Jr.'s prequel to John Carpenter's remake of The Thing From Another World, which once was a story. There are a couple more at that link but I picked the ones that had Joel Edgerton in them because in a post-Animal Kingdom world we're liking him, we are.
Nothing terribly exciting to see so far. That's Mary Elizabeth Ramona Flowers Winstead in the middle pic with Joel, and Adewale Mister Eko Akinnuoye-Agbaje in the third. But no vegetable-bodied dog monsters with tentacle perms and fang salads yet. Boo. It's not out until the end of April so I guess we can give them a little more time to blow our minds. I guess.
