Dollhouse Is Back Tonight!

.

Don't forget, Dollhouse is back tonight with another pair of back-to-back episodes. Anybody know how many episodes total are left? I could look it up but I'd rather just nag at y'all to do my leg-work while I sit here and eat bon-bons like Peg Bundy. Mmm bon-bons! Anyway yay Dollhouse so so good now just in time to break our hearts hooray.

Three! Sniff!

In other news, Enver needs to be cast on something else stat because he has been rocking my clock this season with his acting chops and his, well, you know...

So there are three more after tonight's two, you mean? Do you know how they're airing them?

I certainly hope casting directors have taken note of Enver because he is a fucking rock-star and needs to be in highest demand post-Dollhouse.

Sadly it's three more including tonight. What's weird is that Fox's press site says that this is how they're airing:

Getting Closer: Jan 8
Hollow Man: Jan 15
Epitaph Two (series finale): Jan 22

but my DVR says there are two new ones tonight???? I'm more clueless than a recently-wiped active

It's all too confusing! Maybe there are secretly many more episodes than we think and they just want to surprise us. Yes let's keep that hope alive. That won't end in despair at all.

Meanwhile MY CABLE ISN'T WORKING. UGH! I mean I'll just download it tomorrow, I can't watch it tonight live anyway, BUT STILL. Fuck you, Time Warner!

Oh, also, Jwise, I just read your interview with Aly H and I HATE YOU NOT FAIR. She sounds adorable. Of course she sounds adorable, she's been adorable for over a decade now. But still. YOU! Ugh! What Buffy alums haven't you talked to by now? GOD! ;-)

It would be the biggest surprise in the history of television (nah, that's not an overstatement) if Fox had more episodes!

And yes, F to the U Time Warner -- I'm still pissed about their new, bass ackwards user interface.

She was adorable, and ironically Alyson was my first interview ever (when she joined Veronica Mars) so it felt like a little bookend for the decade :)

As for Buffy alums, she's the first member of the Scooby Gang i've talked to. Still on my hit list: SMG, Anthony Stewart Head, Emma Caufield (although I hear she's less fun) and b-day girl Amber Benson!

Where can I read this interview with Alyson?

Right here, anon.

Allow me to chime in on the Time Warner hate, pls.

The new onscreen program guide has way less useful information than before: no director credits, fewer actor credits, no country of origin, etc.

And before, if a 90 min. movie had been padded out with an hour of commercials you could tell from the guide. Not anymore.

Of course, you can see why some involved might have had a problem with that last bit ...
