I Can See You In 150 Words Or Less

Director Graham Reznick definitely shows some promise with this no-budget indie, but I think the NYT review that got me to the theater is more a case of "we wanna make sure you make another movie because of that promise" than actually a heralding a Great Film here. But it has some genuinely unsettling imagery, not to mention generally being beautifully lensed through-out, and a surprisingly solid cast.

The Lynchian stuff was overdone though. You can't put a man in a suit and have him sing into an old-fashioned mic in front of red curtains, dude. You're not allowed. David Lynch isn't even allowed to do that anymore.
