As Long As We're Talking About Supergirl...

... let's not forget to give some appreciation to the film's duke-in-distress Ethan, played by the lovely and under-appreciated Eighties dreamboat Hart Bochner.

Say what you will about the campiness and basic terribleness of Supergirl the movie, it has two big points in its favor - Faye Dunaway being totally hysterical as the villainess, and it never shies away from taking the opportunity to throw Bochner on all fours and make him crawl around in tight jeans.

I just read and then watched the TV adaption of The Sun Also Rises and MAN Hart Bochner made a great Jake Barnes! Exactly how I pictured him! (rest of the adaptation is ho hum -- aside from Robert Carradine!)

I am still a little irked that there are TWO Hart Bochner bondage scenes in Supergirl and in neither is he shirtless!

Also, "And the Sea Will Tell," features a psychopath, longhaired, muscular Hart in Hawaii and other Pacific islands, mostly shirtless and in cutoffs. Highly recommended.
