Always seemed kinda extra horrific, dirtying up that pretty face of Jude's in The Talented Mr. Ripley, didn't it? A shame. What the hell; let's remember the good times, too...

"Thanks for mentioning Stockard Channing in Six Degrees. One of my favorite performances ever, and it seems like it's been mostly forgotten. "
"THANK YOU for pointing out Stockard Channing in Six Degrees. Severely underrated movie and performance. She was robbed of that Oscar. "--- Anon #1 and Anon #2 agree with my pick of Miss Channing's unbeatable Ouisa Kittredge as one of the shoulda-won's at the Oscars in my list of my ten favorite Oscar-losing Best Actresses. She is a collage of unaccounted for brush strokes - she is all random.

God, I love this movie more than it deserves. Jude and Philip delivered great performances. And Jude was perfect as Dickie. I think Matt did a good job, too. His character was quite complex.
Matt deserved a nom for this; I thought he was absolutely riveting and wonderful.
Jude was the hottest he's ever been... oh yeah, and really excellent as well.
And I always forget Cate Blanchett is in the film for some reason.
