I am practically lactating high expectations for Eli Roth's new film Hostel, coming out on Friday. I loved big pieces of his last, and first, film Cabin Fever, though it was a bit of a mess, and from what I hear he's really stepped up his game with Hostel. I'm booking my tickets as I type!
And the trailer for Guillermo Del Toro's next film, Pan's Labyrinth, has arrived, and it's looking beautifully horrific. I'm a big fan of much of Del Toro's work (though Hellboy left me mostly cold) and am really looking forward to this one, too. We need more "Scare the kiddies" films.
