We're finally getting the new Ozon film The New Girlfriend here in the US in a few weeks (we talked about it previously here) and I'm both excited to see him work with Duris and horrified that the entire thing's predicated Romain shaving off his furry fabulousness. Why must they torment me? At least these pictures (via) are meeting me halfway. Baby steps. Have any of you seen the film yet? it's been out everywhere else for awhile now.

This movie's fabulous! I went to see it at the cinema three times and it kept getting more complex and interesting each time. The opening sequence alone is a total knock-out, an amazing feature of filmmmaking that involves practically no dialogue.
Romain Duris and Raphael Personnaz in the shower together. What's not to love?
