Hoo boy this is one of them stories that seems like a love letter straight right to my heart slash private places - there's a rumor going round thanks to Latino Review (via) that one mister Jason Statham is going to play the villain Bullseye in the second season of Daredevil on Netflix. So what I'm getting here is Jason Statham is going to be setting his sights on one mister Charlie Cox, is what I am getting here. Hoo boy.
This comes straight via a blessed loudmouth at Marvel's TV studio, apparently. You might recall that Colin Farrell played this character in the movie version of Daredevil, and was easily the best thing going on in the film. Anyway Statham's role in Spy, out in today (go see it, it made me snort), is getting him lots of good notices for bringing the funny, so he's on a nice little upswing right now - moving into Marvel obviously make sense... in fact I'm surprised it's taken this long. How the hell has it taken this long?
