The pain of the beautiful is a bottomless well.
If being considered hot is so bad, he could always stop working out 23 hours a day. Just a thought.
I can appreciate that beauty can be a burden and to an extent limiting for actors but still not nearly as much as for actresses. When a great female beauty ages she's derided and every wrinkle scrutinized and her role options shrink. When a beautiful man ages he usually becomes attractive in a more mature way to society and while he may segue into character parts he choices remain broader.
So unless he's losing roles because of his looks he should shut up and enjoy the attention while the sun shines on him.
He has his job because of how he looks. If he looked like Paul Giametti but he still had Kit Harington's talent, he would not be a working actor. He is talking to a magazine because of how he looks. We are listening because of how he looks. Just be grateful and don't fucking whine about what got you where you are suddenly being so horrible for you now that you're rich and famous. There are a million prettier boys coming up right behind you, Jon Snow. Nobody wants to listen to this shit.

But even that's not a good reason to complain. Every actor loses roles because their looks aren't right for the part. For Kit, he might lose a role because he's too pretty for it. While character actors don't get roles because they're not pretty enough. It works both ways so even that's not a very valid complaint for him.
Sorry Kit, Jon Snow's always the ugliest one out of the whole cast.
