It's official! Like, officially official! Paul Reubens and Judd Apatow are officially teaming up for a movie! Last we'd heard it was via Netflix and that's still the case, but we've got lots of actual information now - it will be called Pee Wee's Big Holiday, and it will follow Pee Wee on "first-ever holiday in an “epic story of friendship and destiny.” Okay. I'm assuming they're using the word "holiday" then as in "vacation" - my first thought was Christmas or something. Apatow is only producing; a dude named John Lee, who's directed some Broad City and Inside Amy Schumer, is making his feature directorial debut, while Reubens wrote the script along with an Arrested Development writer named Paul Rust. They're filming it early this year.
