I just decided on a whim that we're going to devote this week's Good Morning gratuities to the five nominees for Best Actor at this year's Oscars, which are on Sunday, cuz why not? So here we start with the presumed frontrunner (for the godawful Birdman) Michael Keaton, flaunting some surprising beefcake in Desperate Measures, a 1998 flick by director Barbet Schroeder about a cop (played by Andy Garcia) who needs bone marrow for his dying son from a criminal. Okay? Sure, that's a movie, why not. Anybody seen it?
