Dominic Cooper may or may not be in the second Captain America movie. You ought to recall he played Tony Stark's father Howard Stark in the first film - he was the dude who came up with the super soldier serum or whatever so he could then paw at Chris Evans' abs. Mmm let us remember together...
Anyway Dom says they're "shooting something" but he's not sure how big it'll be or what. Since Cappy's in the present day now I imagine it'll have to be video footage or something that he watches involving Stark, since the elder's gotta be dead by now. (Has RDJ's character ever mentioned his father? I have no idea.)

Don't know if you're being sarcastic but the entirety of Iron Man 2's plot revolves around Stark's daddy issues. So yeah...he's mentioned him.
Also, in Avengers after Stark and Cap have their first disagreement, Cap walks out and Stark says to Banner "I can't believe that's the guy my father was always going on about" or something like that.
