Keep Me After Class Anytime, Itô Hideaki

It's been a week since the last one so it's time for a new Takashi Miike movie! I say that entirely ignorant of what Miike's been up to (only one fiftieth of his output makes its way to the US, it seems) but I don't think it's an assumption completely out of bounds.

Anyway the new movie is called Lesson of the Evil (or at least that's how it's been awkwardly translated) and it stars the attractive gentleman up top who goes by the name of Hideaki Itô. He was also in Miike's 2007 riff on spaghetti westerns called Sukiyaki Western Django, which co-starred Quentin Tarantino and one might assume inspired QT to go and make his own version of a Western with Django in the title.

Back to Lesson of the Evil - STYD describes it as"American Psycho meets The Substitute" and that seems about as apt as you can get, methinks. It looks like a lot of fun. Let's just hope there are lots of chances a la Bale for Itô to be physically exploited. Here's the trailer:
