io9 isn't exactly sure what this trailer is but it comes from Waverly Films YouTube page (where it says that "it's Ford and Jon's first official Hollywood writing credit") but I think we can safely assume this is just a fake trailer made for fun and perhaps these people know Eli Roth somehow, or something. Whatever the case you should watch the trailer, especially if you've got Coulrophobia.
