I know you're not a Twihard, but Henry was Stephenie Meyer's original pick to play the beloved Edward in the film series. I think he looked too old... that, or he wasn't interested (guess which?)

I am hoping that he wasn't interested, but I have to think he probably looked too old because any actor who'd say no to such an obvious hit is probably deranged.

He was also very much almost Superman instead of Brandon Routh. I have nothing much against Routh in SR (I consider other things - the script, that thing that played Lois) the problems - but I would also like to see Cavill in spandex very very very very very very much.
