I'm A Cyborg Fanatic But That's OK

.
Lest the world do all of film history a grave disservice and forget Park Chan-wook's 2006 fifth-straight-masterpiece-in-a-row I'm A Cyborg But That's OK, I'm reminding. Sure, it's only been two years since it was made so the flick can hardly be considered due for a dusty reassessment... but it still hasn't gotten any release here in the States. It's not on Netflix, and the copies for sale at Amazon are sorta sketchy. And that my friends is a damned shame.

The male lead in the flick is Korean superstar Rain (aka Jung Ji Hoon), who went on to play a member of the international coterie of race-car drivers in Speed Racer and next stars in Ninja Assassin for which he has been making the rounds sexing it up in photographs like this:

Argh I am getting side-tracked by beefcake! (Yes, as usual.) Anyway, Cyborg's a wonderful and weird movie about finding somebody to be insane with, and I adore it. Here's a buncha stills to give you an idea of the visual wonder to be had (non-beefcake variety)...
